NO LATE ENTRIES ON RACE DAY will be allowed !!!
NB: Non TSA (Triathlon SA) Members must pay a compulsory R50 day licence. (included in NON TSA FEES)
This Licence fee goes to TSA, not the event organizer. (TSA Licences will be checked at registration)
The licence is to cover your on-day race insurance and public liability.
Alternatively you can buy a yearly Triathlon Licence from KZNTA. This applies to all competitors.
REFUNDS
Refunds of 50% of the race entry fee will be given to athletes who apply in writing 11 days or more prior to the event date.
No refunds will be accepted within 10 days of the event. All refunds approved will be paid out 7 days after the event.

· Pre -Entries close on WEDNESDAY BEFORE EACH EVENT @ 5pm
· EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments must be paid by 5pm on the WEDNESDAY before each event.

· Race Briefing for ALL events @ 7am at the Suncoast Amphitheatre.
· Minimum Age for the Rookie Event is 8yrs old (TSA Rules)
· Minimum Age for the Sprint races is 15yrs old (TSA Rules)
· Minimum Age for the Olympic Races is 18yrs old (TSA Rules)
· Prize giving will commence at approx. 11h30am |
